Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.
If you experience any issues accessing, downloading, or opening your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Physical Products
If physical products are offered through JennMedArt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective. Photos may be required to process a replacement or refund request.
Incorrect Purchases
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Refunds cannot be issued for accidental purchases, buyer's remorse, or misunderstanding of product contents.
Custom Orders & Services
Custom artwork, commissions, mentorship sessions, speaking engagements, coaching services, and other personalized services are non-refundable once work has begun or services have been rendered.
